Friendly hosts and good location for our trip around New Zealand . Only stayed one night but very comfortable. A great fish and chip restaurnt within walking distance from the motel was a highlight. Helped with sights to see around the area before we tracpvelled north

Personnal friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and fonctionnal, for exemple all the kitchen facility was there fos us. Great location et not to far from city town. We made a family trip and overall was very satisfied. I'm recommanded this place if you travel along or with family.

Well appointed room and facilities, although electric shower takes a bit of sorting out. Seafood café just round the corner in Westshore shops very convenient, and having estuary walkways across the road, and beach two blocks away a real bonus. Staying here for queens birthday weekend: the Albatross motel is easily found and a short walk to the marina cafes and bars. Very clean and tidy upstairs unit (twin) with comfy beds. Would happily stay again.

Friendly, informative greeting on arrival. We stayed one night, as we were in town for a family gathering and the room was the perfect size for my wife and I. Very clean and tidy and very spacious to enable us to really relax after a very long day. Will definitely stay here again if we are in Napier again.
