i have based my opinion on a one night stay which at the time of my visit seemed quiet. the service at reception was excellent because we were the only 1's there. Usually our visits can be quite busy but it was a nice time to visit. It was most enjoyable and my rating above says it all. Kia ora

It seems their room rates range from $109 upwards past $300 per night, depending on demand & the season. $109 suits the room & decor however much more that that is definately not worth it. Overall the hotel was reasonably good value and is well situated just off teh busy main road. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast food quality and service was not as good as it could have been.

We recently stayed here and the rooms were quite small, however very tidy not recommended for a family stay however couples may be perfect. Location was great very central and a walk to sky city. The buffet breakfast in the morning however was amazing. all in all not to bad.

My third stay at this hotel. Very efficient from arrival with valet parking (additional cost). Staff were most helpful and room was well appointed. Not too much space if 3 were to stay in the room. My river-view room window as very small and you had to stand on the spare bed to see out. Great breakfast.
