Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were adequate: clean, nice crisp sheets, toiletries. The location is great, very central. We checked into the Shakespeare fresh off of the plane, they had our room ready early and we enjoyed a tasty lunch out on the terrace at the Pub in the hotel. Had Lunch at the Shakespeare today I spoke with the owner who tells me the Brewery is going to fire up again soon.....fantastic location and good place to catch up for a business lunch or a beer with mates.
