What a sh*@hole. This was described online as a 'deluxe' 3 bedroom apartment. It was grimy, dirty, and smelled bad. The front desk staff were obnoxious when I complained about the state of the rooms. There was dirt everywhere, including what I can only hope was a spaghetti stain on the ceiling. There was only a jug and a rusty... More

While located very close to the heart of Auckland the rooms and atmosphere is horrible - the place is really the pits. No way can it be called a Apartment or Hotel maybe a back packers. We stayed in a three bedroom hovel with a single two seater couch that was heavily stained, damaged walls poorly repaired, microwave and jug... More
