The staff at reception were extremely helpful and nothing was a problem. The situation of the hotel was perfect for access to public transport - so close to the ferries, buses and trains. A very enjoyable stay.

Nicely refurbished Hotel, with a great central location. Take ear plugs with you if you want a good night's sleep, lots of people out having lots of fun in central Auckland. Not the handiest place to get to with your own car, and use the local car parks rather than the hotel option as it is cheaper.
