Stayed for a weekend, very friendly reception staff, lovely big room, no bathrobes which would have been handy to use for going to the pool. We had the most wonderful time at the Hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early and that was no problem. We have stayed here a number of times and have always had the same treatment. We were upgraded to a wonderful room as well.

Great place to stay. Very good service. Lovely rooms - beautifully comfortable beds (feather & down pillows & duvets - bliss). Quality toiletries, lovely deep bath & separate shower. Opening windows or air conditioning (how marvellous to have the choice). Very easy carparking. Spacious foyer. Great facilities (heated indoor pool, spacious and well equipped Gym). Stayed 2 nights, some construction in the lobby was occurring during our stay. Room was perfectly suitable for my husband and I. Proximity to anything you need in the CBD. We walked everywhere we needed to go. Parking in the garage next door was an extra cost.

Overall not a bad place, just a little dated. The hotel doesn't have a lot of personnality but certainly worth the price. The room I stayed in a was double, king beds were not available, and was quite. The bathroom was large with a seperate shower and bathtub. The shower had a few mold spots but was clean.
