The hotel is difficult to find but well worth the effort.from the minute you are met t the door, then reception followed by all other staff come across there is nothing but a welcome and a smile. “Good Hotel but suites are tired”

Stayed here with work and enjoyed my time, staff were great, and the concierge service is superb. Food was pricey as was the bar, but it is a luxury hotel after all. “Great place - excpetional staff”

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff at this Hotel are exceptionally friendly and efficient. Anne Marie at room service was a dleight to deal with and nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the staff here. I would recommend to anyone.

“Friendly staff make up for a tired hotel”

Drab and tired rooms with 80s bathroom was disappointing after enjoying other Hilton properties. And after flying in at 10.30 at night did not appreciate the fact that there was no room service after 10pm. The very friendly staff did however make up for the disappointment of the stay. Looking elsewhere in Perth for next trip.
