I was told Perth was expensive but was not ready for how much. All downtown hotels have similar prices so this seems the norm. Hotel is showing its age and could do with a refurb. Be prepared Perth is very expensive! This hotel, on a run down side will set you back at least $350-$400 per night. Just OK, but quite “tired” and in need of a spruce up. If you want something fancy, be ready to shell out in excess of $650 in Perth (vs. $300 in Melbourne or Sydney!) Cheers!
