Great stay. Felt very safe in the park. Not where I would normally stay but was very happy and would stay again. Cabin was very clean but would have liked the cabin to be cleaned daily as that's the least that I would expect. Not having a dinner table to sit at was not very comfortable but that was the... More

Ok, besides the prices at this place....My sister is paying $100 more a week for a tiny little donger than she would be paying elsewhere, but the location of the Park is better for her. The toilets I found where dirty and horrible....Some days they where spotless and beautiful but then other days you'd notice coffee stains on the toilet... More

We chose this place because of the swimming pool and its location close to the airport. First of all swimming pool was closed for the whole day. Second it was impossible to stay an extra two hours after check out time: policy. We could pay for an extra day, $60, or already go to the airport (note: we have two... More

Thank you for your feedback. I do recall you asking our reception area if you could have a late check out and you unfortunately as this site was already booked to another family we were unable to offer this to you. You would have most certainly be advised that you could have left your caravan at the front near our... More

Our company needed accommodation for a week whilst working in Midland. Found this caravan park which is really close to Midland central, but set back in a "bush" type environment. Had a 3 bedroom unit, fully furnished with good size fridge, cooker, as well as BBQ facilities on a nice lawn area, and really comfortable beds. The unit even had... More

Would not recommend this place to any1 just got woken up by a tree chipper 8am in the morning what kind of relaxing sleep in do you call this!!! The staff are snobs and ask some really weird and rude questions upon arrival! Seems the like locals that live here all year round don't like outsiders, snobs big time all... More

Thank you for feedback. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay at Banksia. Unfortunately the day the tree loppers came into the park was very hot so they needed to start early. I did feel that an 8.00am start was a suitable time as most people are awake. It is very hard to please all our guests when... More

Upon arrival, the staff and Manager Tammy made us feel welcome and at ease. The park is very well set out, clean and comfortable. The amenities are clean and a special mention about the camp kitchen - fantastic! Management was extremely accomodating to our requests and enquiries. After having had a difficult time when arriving in Perth, my partner and... More

My partner and my birds needed somewhere to camp for a couple of weeks and this was one of the only parks that would take us all. The facilities are excellent and clean. The manager was very helpful and generous with her help. They made us feel a lot better about our situation. I would recommend this park to everyone... More

I used this park as a sleeping location for an overseas client of mind. The park is nice and peacefully quiet (except for the bird's singing) and has good amenities. The manager I found very approachable and happpily listened to my thoughts and wishes. All went very well and recommended as a good place to stay by my client for... More

My husband and I had need to stay somewhere for a lengthy period of time. We choose this park firstly because of its appearance and secondly because of the way we were greeted by the Manager (Tammy) and her staff. We found the park surrounds and amenities to be kept in tip top condition at all times. We lived in... More
