Had booked this hotel following assurance that it would be wheelchair accessible - had planned to meet up with a friend visiting with his wife the day after our arrival. This place is not wheelchair friendly and we sufferred the hassle of spending 2 and a half hours to find alternative accommodation. Very basic rooms. More

Stayed 2 nights and only found out after booking in that there was no maid service on Sundays. OK but the rate should not be the same and it was not declared on the website when booking in. Is very tired compared to other Quest properties I have stayed at and needs an update. More

The staff were excellent and very friendly. The Apartment was clean, fairly new and well heated - very important for the cold winter month of August.
