Punthill Hill apartments are very centrally located and reasonably priced. The apartments are a very good size and very clean, they have a good layout and comfortable beds, The staff were very helpful and friendly. we would definatly stay here again.

Location is great - right in the centre of Chinatown. It made us eat more than usual because of the delicious smells and the restaurants are open late. Staff were lovely. Bed was disappointing - mattress sunk and needs replacing. It's an average hotel.

We stay on level 4 for 3 night with no view. Water took forever to heat up.once it heat up,it's difficult to adjust the temperature no matter how hard we tried. Requested a higher floor and early check in of 12 noon and received both, reception staff were friendly and our room was always cleaned once we had returned from our day of shopping and footy. Would stay again!

Just spent 6 nights in an apartment on the 6th floor. We were on the corner facing Little Bourke and a lane way which was very noisy late at night and early morning with restaurants putting out rubbish and then the trucks collecting. We stayed in a studio apartment on the 6th floor. It was relatively spacious and quiet. Wifi cost $3 an hour or $18 a day, although there is a computer near the reception with free internet for guests. The hotel is well located close to public transport, shops and restaurants/cafes. Good value for Melbourne CBD.
