Third or fourth stay. Very convenient location. Extremely helpful staff. Comfy pillows and bed. No view only construction next door. Def will stay again. Reception staff very knowledgeable. Nicely refurbished. Nice buffet brekky. No complaints

Location is convenient, at the edge of town and across the road from Southern Cross Station. Beds were a little too soft -- gives you aches after a couple of days. Staff were generally friendly and helpful -- although some were not. Rooms were promptly cleaned when we get back every night.

I stayed here for a week and although the rooms are small they are well designed and very comfortable. The location is good with day tours picking up from the road opposite. Overall a very good hotel that I would stay at again.

Friendly check in staff, None of this "Oh you are a customer are you" Room clean, well maintained. normal toiletries etc. The main advantage of this hotel is it's proximity to the main railway station in Melbourne, it is from here you catch the skybus to the airport.
