We often stay here as it is great value and quaint. Rooms are clean but old but you get what you pay for. Ensuite, parking, bed and great breakfast for $109 - $120. Plus it is walking distance to the CBD, MCG, tennis, hospitals and local shops/eateries. We will return. More
