The hotel is currently undergoing renovations however the work did not affect our stay. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom had been recently renovated. The hotel's location is excellent; right in the heart of Melbourne. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel offered excellent value for a relatively low tariff.

Location was good. The reception was helpful and letting me move rooms when I complained about the noisy neighbor's children. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Shower had a stainless steel floor. The internet login page has grammatical errors.
