Stayed at the Crossley hotel for 5 nights everything was excellent room was large beds and pillows were very comfortable, bathroom was great size, staff are fantastic very friendly and its in the best area so close to everything, also room was very quite did not hear any noise will definitely stay again .

“Great Boutique Hotel”

I find the Crossley to offer a really good boutique hotel service. The location to theatres and restaurants is unsurpassed. Hundreds of eateries within the adjoining few city blocks. Rooms are reasonable size and they are slowly renovating the rooms to a nice new modern finish.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay at The Crossley. The staff on duty were great and made their hotel feel friendlier and more personal than usual in a city hotel. “overcharged $200 and have to wait 3 - 5 days for refund!”

“Nice hotel but more for business”

Its a nice business like hotel about a block from the free tram and off of china town. Our room for three had one single bed and a queen. The bathroom is pretty old though but it wasn't very dirty. You could hear a lot of noise from outside especially the trash trucks. The staff was very nice.
