I stayed here for a few nights in Jan 2012. Not much accommodation available as Aust Open was on at the time.
I normally stay around Swanston or Little Collins st. but my usual ones were not in my price range. This one looked good and I was not disappointed. The Crossley was clean, classy and friendly.

We had a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very attentive and when I had a problem using the free internet to print a boarding pass , I was helped to solve the dilemma by Ken ,one of the lovely staff. A great base to stay in Melbourne.

The Crossley has an excellent location in the heart of Melbourne's theatre district and Chinatown. There are plenty of restaurant choices very close by, mostly Asian, and a large proprtion of Melbourne's major theatres within a few blocks. Location, however, is the hotel's best feature.

Stayed from Sat to Wed in January 2012 for the tennis. Initially booked a double as was staying by myself but had late change of plans with a friend staying the first night. The hotel was able to accommodate the late changeover to twin share.
