“Appalling customer service and unfair bookings policy - please beware”

I must firstly say I didn't stay in this hotel so I can't comment on the quality of facilities. What I would like to do is warn people of their bizarre bookings policy. They have 100% occupancy rates which means that when you book in for a date, they will book you in for when the room is free -... More
