Hi I recently stayed with Docklands Prestige Apartments and felt I just had to write a review. I came from Sydney with my family for a few nights. My experience prior to arriving was excellent. Wanda, Bev and Ash were really helpful with our needs. When we arrived which was late about 9pm Wanda met us on our arrival and... More

Had a few nights in Docklands -= great location with trams at the door and removed from the noises of the inner city. The apartment was huge and the amenities fist class. Thanks to Bev and Wanda - real country hospitality in a very classy part of the world. We will be staying there again for the State of Origin... More

Choosing Dockland's prestige apartments was the best thing we could have done. Close to tram services, shopping and so much more. This was our first family holiday overseas with three grown children. The 3 bedroom apartment was exceptional. Fully self contained kitchen, seperate laundry, 3 large bedrooms, master with ensuite and even a walk in robe, and fanatastic views. Everything... More

Docklands was very overpriced for the service we received. Reception is not even in same building and was a walk to the apartment. Close to shops and easy to get around and to the city. Good quality restaurants nearby. Shower had no hot water and no pressure at all- also hardly any water in general. More

We booked our stay with Docklands Prestige thinking we had found a really nice place to stay for us and our friends whilst staying in Melbourne for 6 nights. We paid $460 per night, which would have been fine if all had been well, considering the Australian Open was running at the time which boosted the price. On arriving, we... More

We had been trying for several years to book an apartment on the Docklands for New Years Celebrations and were finally successful and very excited but after reading previous reviews of the Dockland Prestige Apartments I was very nervous on check in and thought what have we got myself in for. But we had no need to worry! Wanda was... More

Wow! Literally just got back home and soooooo pleased that my hideous experience at Docklands "Prestige" Apartments is OVER! I have absolutely never encountered such rude and obnoxious staff in my life. We were literally abused for turning up at 9pm (sorry, should have asked the captain of our plane to step on it!)....and when I stated that I had... More

We stayed 5 nights in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. There are three accommodation towers in the Docklands Precinct and we stayed in Nolan, named after Sidney Nolan. It's useful to ask which tower you might be allocated to, as those close to the trains and trams can be noisy. The apartment was neat and clean, however, the lounge/dining area was... More

The pics on the internet looked great - the reality was quite different ! Nestled amongst residential apartments in the Dockland precinct the property was hard to get to, through lifts and corridors and very unusual smells... The view was very nice if you didn't mind the dirty balcony and rusty outdoor setting. The cleaners did the best they could... More

As a regular in self catering accommodation all over the world, and with the prospect of Christmas there, choosing self-catering again was the obvious choice. Prestige Apartments seemed upmarket, well appointed and located. That's from the website. In reality.... We spent probably half an hour trying to find out the exact building. There are no details given when the booking... More
