We stayed here (Feb 2013) for 2 nights, it really is not suitable for renting out. Really the whole place needs gutting. I have never stayed anywhere this dirty and so badly in need of total refurbishment. We booked this place two months ahead of our planned Tasmanian holidays. Check in time was stated till 8pm. We stayed here on the Easter holidays and booked 2 family rooms on the bottom floor (7 guests in total). We arrived after hours, so we couldn't find the "key box" situated at the front door (we parked at the back, so we had to walk around the building in the dark to find it, then return to the back... The staff were more than accommodating very friendly the room 3 was spacious and tidy. We enjoyed using it as a home base for our daily tripping around. Decor dated and tired when its refurbished it will be more appealing as it is very large so you can spread out.

Reasonably spacious but very dated and noisy apartments. Few amenities no reception after 5pm. A bit isolated so you need a car. Right on highway but noise comes from neighbours .

After being stuck in Tasmania due to the ash cloud we were forced to re-evaluate our accommodation. We chose this place as it was a little cheaper and we could cook for ourselves. BIG mistake.
