I stayed just after the take over, twin room very small but clean. Staff still getting to grips with things but friendly and helpful. A lot of street noise. Short walk to Salamanca Square but up hill coming back

This hotel is lacking insulation around the doors and windows. You make a noise and everyone else on the same floor can hear it. Service at front desk was good. And all you can eat breakfast very good. Just the noise problem really let this is place down.
