Great location and the apartment had everything we needed. We arrived to a warm apartment and had a personal welcome from Martin. Tony's recommendations for day trips and places to eat were great. Loved the detail in the design such as the polished concrete floor and stylish appliances. Thanks for a lovely stay! Will be back again!

Apartment 4 had everything we needed and more although the bedrooms were on the small side. Everything worked very well and we appreciated Tony's advice about the local area. Not sure about the concrete floors and the gloomy air downstairs which was in contrast to the contemporary feel upstairs.

The 3 nights stay at Hobart is great with host Martin and Tony. They are helpful and friendly by showing us where the supermarket and few good eatries are. Great location near Sandy Bay, just a few blocks down the street. Nice and roomy for a self-catered unit that also has parking. Unit 1 has a nice view, and an outdoor area to sit. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Hobart pier or downtown. Innkeepers are quite friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
