We had a one night stay at the Royal Coach and it was comfortable. Niggles were a step up into the bathroom that was inclined to trip you up, not enough milk for tea and coffee and difficulty figuring out how the aircon worked.

We have stayed here several times now over the last 6 months and if you can get a good rate (eg 109) it is a comparatively good option for accommodation in Adelaide. There is free parking, the city is very close ( a long walk through the parklands to rundle street) The rooms are ok but dated and generally well... More

We recently stayed overnight and while it was okay, it seemed a bit drab. Not what we had come to expect after previous stays. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was okay but the bathroom was rather out dated and towels were frayed all around the edges and old. We went to the restaurant for dinner and it... More

Might have been four stars a number of years ago, but just a good solid three star hotel. great location on the edge of the city, good sized rooms, good average breakfast buffet and resteraunt. Nothing to write home about, equally nothing much to complain about either. Maybe a tad pricey for what you get..........

Were staying here for a good value price compared to all other offers in Adelaide. Pool was out of order the day we arrived. Room (on top floor) was rather small and in need for modernization. Btw without air conditioning. Location very good, just besides the Adelaide rectangular park zone. Walk to centre 15 minutes. Later on we upgraded to... More

We booked the Adelaide Room for my mothers 80th Birthday celebrations. From the initial contact to make the booking, through to the celebration itself, the staff were fantastic and could not have been more accommodating. The function space was ideal for our requirements and the food provided outstanding and terrific value. Thank you to all for making our Mothers special... More

On arrival, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and as we'd requested a quiet family room moved us to a Spa Suite at the back of the hotel which was really roomy and quiet. The hotel is generally clean with quality towels and bath robes, but the decor is mainly from the 1970'2-80's which is a real shame. The... More

Staying in room 220, reasonable rate and not bad overall with a lot of potential with better management but.. Good - Housekeeping does a good job with the basics, clean, well presented, reception polite and friendly convenient location and onsite parking. Bad - Let down by what appears to be long term inattention to basic room maintenance...door handles coming off,... More
