The hotel is nice - perhaps in need of a bit of modernising in the rooms and bathrooms. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Very close to tram station and rundel mall. Lots of eateries in the vicnity. Small rooms but clean. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.

Area very noisy at night. Linen was not changed including towels and tea towel. floor not vaccumed. Receptionist was a little put out when asked "could we have a number for the taxi's". Would not stay again. Cheap and cheerful? No personnel overnight, if there is a problem you had to ring across to sister motel across the road.

Stayed overnight. Booked in for convenience. The room smelt of smoke, the towels and sheet were not clean. Towels threadbare. Last room late at night I was stuck. The staff was nice, but, nice doesn't give you a good sleep in a clean room. Book elsewhere.
