The rooms are a good size and the view to the north is great. The decor is appropriately nice for the room rate. Food is great quality (very expensive though) and it's nice to be able to walk out to the Festival Centre area. A short walk to Leigh street provides a small number of very good eateries.

Nice hotel, good location, needs bit of refurb. Checkin was quick but checkout took almost 20 mins on top of that concerige almost 30 mins to bring my vehicle from the car park. Best part was room service and buffet breakfast. Nice selection of fresh fruits and cold meats. Good value for money.
