Found the staff that I dealt with friendly and helpful. Room was clean, but nothing exceptional, especially for the price. I believe what you're paying for is the convenience of staying close to the airport. Fine for a one night pass-through, but wouldn't want to do an extended stay there.

Stayed here for one night in so-called executive room(what a joke). The pool was not available due to maintenance- no drama. The room was only average. Pillows were terrible. Air conditioning is very noisy. Manager overbearing. Would not stay here again. Better off finding a hotel/motel in Glenelg (nearby suburb).

Convenient hotel ... most obliging given very late arrival .. fixed me up some dinner even after restaurant closed. Recommended place to stay if arriving late into Adelaide Airport or have a very early morning flight out.

Rude Manager, poor service, dirty bedrooms, cheap chemical scent over powering, noisey. One of the worst I have experenced in my life. For those who thought it was good you either must be relations or never stayed anywhere else.

We stayed at this hotel prior to travelling to the US. Found the staff unintersted in guests, and the reception quite unfriendly. The bar and resturaunt was also run very unprofessionally. The location is good for the airport, but that's all.
