I was there for a number of nights and slept poorly every night. Two of the staff were very rude and proud of it, when they were caught out misleading me regarding charges.

We spend a lovely weekend, the rooms were right for the price we pay, the food in the retaurant was aslo enjoyable and I found wine very affordable comparing to Melbourne. Most of the staff was friendly and proffesional with the excemption of one receptionist that ask me for a bond of 100 dollars for my second night.

The Arkaba is the perfect place for a family over night stay. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite and the room was great. The spa helped us relax after a long day in Adelaide.

My wife and I spend several night per year at the Arkaba. It is convienient to the city and also the freeway. The rooms are very comfortable but we have been given the cheaper rooms when we booked through Wotif and they definately need a bit of work. The meals are very good and value for money.
