Rooms are not fully cleaned up (cigarettes left in the ash tray on the balcony and overall it isn't equipped very well. Customer service though was very good since they do not have an reception and you have to meet up with on of their employees to pick up the keys. Would definitely prefer the Oaks apartments over La Loft.

I had 14th floor apartment. Very comfortable. Separate bedroom with huge bathroom and spa bath. Basic good kitchen. Balcony facing north. Some furniture a bit tired. Lots of road noise from North Terrace and air fans from Convention Centre. I'd stay again but maybe in another facing room.
