My family and I had the most amazing 3 days on Hayman Island. Service all round was great and was exceptional in the water sports department, nothing was to much to ask for and I'd like to mention that Lauren was amazing with assisting our family and making our trip a memorable one.

The location is very very good. Your trip starts with transfer by Hayman Launch from Hamilton Island. You should have previously informed the hotel of your travel arrangements and they plan the transfers efficiently from flight to launch and you are able to "check in" while on the 55 minute transfer which saves time when you arrive. Had the most massive lagoon suite with a gorgeous view! Great beds and beautiful bathroom- best bathtub!! Trip by boat with bubbles brings you into holiday mode!
