We stayed in a studio apartment. Bed was big (mum and 2 kids lol) and comfy. Would stay there again.

Apartment styled hotel, rooms nicely appointed, balcony for each room. Great restaurant right across the way. Good staff and management. Would definitely stay there again. A good four star property . If one area could use improvement I would say housekeeping could pay closer attention to detail in cleaning the rooms.
Great location on Palmer street, 10 minutes walk to the Strand. Friendly staff, good little gym, nice pool. Rooms are excellent value for money compared to other Townsville options. Clean, spacious, kitchen & laundry facilities. I travel regularly to Townsville for work and will definitely stay here again.

Have stayed at this hotel on a couple of occasions. Always clean and tidy and staff very friendly. Hotel is a little out of the way and not far from the port but noise isn't a problem and it's only a 10 minute walk into town.

Couldn't believe it when we saw the room, excellent decor, magnificent views of the marina, bay and magnetic island. Washing machine and tumble dryer, cooking facilities, television, sofa and balcony with table and chairs. Stayed there for one night and were pleased with service and facilities. We found the laundry facilities very handy and the little kitchenette was a good bonus, as we like to cook our own breakfast. It was a bit hard to find the place, as its new and our GPS didn't know about it. Would definitely stay there again.
