We stayed here in January 2012 for 1 week, We asked for a high floor and paid the extra for a ocean room deluxe. When we arrived we checked in and got level 10, The room was very old and outdated so l went down to reception and said there must be a mistake as we paid for a deluxe... More

Great hotel, great price. Rooms are huge and well appointed. It's a decent walk into surfers central though so make sure you're up to it if that's where you want to spend most of your time. The staff were incredibly helpful. Pools, tennis court and gym all great quality. Would definitely stay again.

It was a comfortable apartment with a nice ocean view. Perfect location because it was in front of Surfers Paradise Beach and a walking distance from the stores and restaurants in Surfers Paradise. My family and I enjoyed the stay there and we will definitely go back if we travel again to The Gold Coast.

Positives: Giant apartment with big rooms including bathrooms. Lots of room for a family to move around. We stayed there over Christmas and had a few people over for lunch and the living area is quite large and comfortable for a group of people to move around. The kitchen is also a lot bigger than most apartment I've stayed in.... More

Please do not take my word for it, photos say thousand words.. This is the worst holiday place I have ever seen in my entire life. I challenge the owners to sue me for defamation so we can have some media coverage for this grubby place in the hope that the Health Department can take action and shut it off... More

I stayed at the Breakfree Accapulco in Surfers Paradise with my wife and two kids (4 & 6) and was very impressed with the property as a whole. Granted their are more flashier and newer apartment complexes dotted all over Surfers Paradise, what we got for the price we paid was exceptional. Lovely pool facilities, BBQ area and close location... More

We had booked a two bedroom apartment through Wotif. It was very spacious with two bathrooms, on a high floor and with views of the ocean, mountains and Gold Coast skylines. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the furniture, carpet in the bedrooms and especially the fridge was bad. Even worse, there was a lot of peeling and scuffed paint on the... More

Dear AFekete, Thank you for taking your time to provide the feedback on your recent reservation. It disappoints me to learn of your issues that you encountered in relation to the reservation. As a 3.5 star property some of our fixtures are a few years old, however should be clean and in good working order, therefore I regret the shortcoming... More

The 2 bedroom apartment was very dated and rather grubby. Definately not 5 star as advertised. Was hard to say whether room had been serviced prior to our arrival other than yes there was clean linen on the beds. The slider door handles were broken and did not lock properly, the bathroom doorlock did not work and the toilet cistern... More
