We had the best two week stay at Surfers Century Apartments, we continue to stay here as the hosts are excellent and the apartments are always clean, and the views spectacular. Everything is within walking distance, the tram stop is a short walk, which you jump on and head to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre or Broadbeach.
A short tram ride to Main Beach for breakfast or Lunch at Hottshots Cafe,
The beach is a 2 minute walk, pool and spa is clean.
You could not ask for more.

We had an excellent apartment on the 18th floor overlooking the Pacific with everything in situ for the traveller to make life very easy and enjoyable.

The reception staff and management were very helpful, friendly and full of information abput local shops, trips etc.

The only negative was the apartment WiFi system. Despite being sat next to the hub in the lounge it refused to consistently provide a decent signal strength to any of our devices. Not a major issue in the current circumstances but extremely frustrating that it continued to crash.

The location, a ten minute stroll from the centre of Surfers Paradise, was excellent. Just far away to miss out of the noise and hustle.

We made use of the tram service up and down the coast as there was a station a mere 100 yards from the apartment block.

Lovely pool and grounds with a large covered BBQ area.

Many thanks to all the staff, management and other guests and residents at Surfers Century Apartments. We had a great week.

Stayed for a week on 26th floor two bedroom unit. Units are a bit older, however have had a refurb at some stage. Spotlessly clean rooms, foyer and grounds. Pool and bbq area very clean and well maintained. The entire property is spotless and maintained impeccably. Manager and reception staff very helpful and friendly, free undercover parking as well. The unit had fully equipped kitchen and the property itself is walking distance to surfers and many restaurants are 1-2 minutes walk away. Beach is across the road and a patrolled beach 2 min walk away. Ive already booked my next stay here. I cannot fault the place.
The local parrots even came in for a feed.

Stayed late June 2021 just before lockdown. The room was a 1 Bedroom on 23rd floor, great view but Balcony a little small for my liking.
I agree with other reviews that the building is tired and old and could benefit from a refit/upgrade. Plans were displayed for the new outdoor BBQ area which looks great.
My room was light and clean with a great large flat-screen TV although a small one in the bedroom would be useful. Bed was a bit low for me and pillows could be better, not a lot of useful utensils etc in kitchen.
No problem with WIFI for me.
Close to tram an BMD Northcliffe Surf Club.I had a great stay but needed to leave due to lockdown, and staff were very helpful especially Fiona at reception.Yes I will be back again.

I honestly would spend a tad more & stay at a nicer place. I stayed here with my family & had a budget room & a nicer room, I couldn't tell the difference (not in a good way), except the balcony was slightly bigger? There was only one aircon in the room & it was in the lounge area. Both rooms had 4 beds, however only 2 chairs on the balcony?

I personally do not agree with having to wash my own dishes, for the main reason that guests are not held to the appropriate cleaning standards, how am I to trust that the previous guest has cleaned effectively? I know this is becoming popular with accommodation but it is unhygienic & the whole reason I stay at a hotel is so I don't have to do these things.

The room is not cleaned properly; behind the bin, blinds, bathroom, etc. There was hardly any water pressure & I couldn't shower when someone was using the ensuite shower, it was freezing. DVD player was missing a cord & had no batteries. $200 deposit for each room, meaning I was out $400 of my holiday money straight up.

On the plus side, great location down the road from Infinity, etc. Across the street from the beach, awesome tennis court with racquets & balls in the cupboard, markets & restaurants down the road, Balcony faces the beach & is really nice. Self contained, comfy couch with cozzie blanket, Austar/Foxtel & nice dining seating. Washing machine.

We stayed at the apartment for a week for $155 per night. After reading reviews and seeing pics on its website, we were really sold on the modern aspect of the apartments.

How wrong were we!!

We arrived and the apartment looked like it was set in the 80s with old furnitures, plastic flowers and plants. The apartment was advertised to include two single beds... turned out it was a bunk bed with the top half of the bed nearly touching the ceilings. One of the toilet in the ensuite didn't flush properly and would make a constant noise throughout the night which was REALLY annoying. The TV worked but had a high pitched ringing sound when turned on.

We made a complaint, however, the people at reception just shrugged and said the apartments are privately owned and there's nothing they can do. We definitely felt the pictures and descriptions on the website were misleading for our room and they could've at least gave us a discount. We saw similar rooms elsewhere for $105 a night!!!

Anyways, the location is good as it's not far from the beach of the main Surfer's Paradise area.

We were a group of 4 girls who were staying for 5 days in gold coast. They kindly gave us 15% off the total even though this special only applied to stays of 7 nights which was fabolous. They also let us clock out at 5pm on saturday without charging us for an extra night which was great as we had an watersports appointment at 12pm.

They had a spa and spacious swimming pool which we only used a couple of times because we were so busy but because it was off-peak season, we had it basically to ourselves whenever we came down and it seemed pretty clean whenever we went.

Don't let the outside of the apartment or check-in desk fool you because these don't look that modern but when you go inside the apartment, it's spacious, the TV and lounge was up to date, we had (limited) foxtel, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer; there was a double bedroom with it's own bathroom suite and a bedroom with 2 singles and another bathroom and definitely enough bedding for all 4 girls.

It seriously is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and maybe a 10 minute walk down to Cavill mall which was fantastic. The view is fantastic but then I guess it is from all apartments close to the beach.

Only problem which we considered to be outweighed by all the positives is that the car park is seriously squashy. It was a little scary navigating through all those posts but we had full insurance on our hire car so we didn't mind too much.

I was studying abroad and chose these apartments to live in for 4.5 months. What a great choice! The location is perfect! you are literally steps away from the beach, a short walk away from grocery stores (woolworths, Coles, and IGA) and liquor, and surrounded by great restaurants. The facility offers a small gym, a pool, tennis courts, and a computer to use in the lobby. It also has vending machines for a quick snack. You are allocated a parking spot but I did not have a car so it was never used. It is a nice parking garage, though. The security is good. You cannot enter the property without your key fob and you cannot go to other floors in the elevator that are not your own. You key fob rang the elevator and you had to use it again while in the elevator. It would only take you to the floor that was programmed in the fob. Living in a foreign country, this eased my mind.

The rooms were very well kept and the staff was more than willing to help out if we needed it whether is was to suggest a restaurant or where to visit while in Australia. I never met one unpleasant staff member during my whole stay. I would highly recommend this to others and would defiantly staff here again.

Hi There, thank you for your enquiry. There are a few options to the themeparks. There is the tram and then a connecting bus which run every 10 minutes from the next block down from us. There is also a shuttle service you can book, who will pick up from resort and take direct to themeparks at a cost. Please let us know if you require any additional information. Kind regards Reservations
