Mate and I stayed for one night, we didn't pay extra for the upgrade so the dated decor was tolerable, but nothing at all stood out to make for a memorable stay and the reception staff were very blunt! The housekeepers missed some food in the fridge from the previous guest, but they came and collected this without fault..

From the moment we checked in our opinion of this place went down hill. The lady that checked us in was extremely rude and un helpful. The room was old and terribly out dated. Defiantly not a 4.5 star hotel as state, at best a 3 star. The beds are uncomfortable. We couldn't wait to check out the next morning.
