Where do I start...... The bin hadn't been emptied from the last guests.... The frying pan was burnt black..... The dishes looked like they had just been put under the cold water and put back in the cupboard.. There was no extra toilet roll.... Only one bath towel in the room...... Found the attention to detail to be somewhat undesireable. Dirty smelly spa, no manger to assist with enquiry, no one to meet us on arrival. the time we did meet the managers they were rude and very poorly presnted for professional building managers. Great 2 bedroom accommodation across from the sea in between Surfers Paradise and Main Beach - great views of the ocean! The building is a bit tired but some of the apartments have been done up to a very good standard (windows still need an upgrade though). Great for families - 5 minute drive from Seaworld. Playground 10 minute walk.... More
