We booked direct after seeing the website and it looked super with a spabath, bedroom overlooking the lounge and a sun terrace. We appreciate getting feedback from guests and do follow up on their comments. Since this incident we have spoken to the owner who has now re painted the unit and removed the old carpet and refitted the unit with tiles.
