We stayed for three nights in Saltwater Apartments. We have stayed in many places in Port Douglas, and this is the best apartment we have stayed in. The central location is excellent - no more than a short stroll to anything. Right on Macrossan Street, but still quiet. Would definitely recommend it.

Almost everything seems to have been thought of here. Our apartment comprised one large bedroom and two much smaller bedrooms, with a very large open plan reception room incorporating a very well equipped kitchen. The managers here are worth their weight in barramundi, the place is central but quiet, the facilities good, and the restaurant downstairs is excellent. The only negatives are that there are only 2-bedroom apartments and that it's not cheap.
