We recently stayed at the Mantra in Cairns and would stay there again. We had an ocean view room with balcony which had amazing views. The room was clean and spacious. We didn't use room service but reception staff were friendly and helpful. Local amenities and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Spent 3 nights here and we were happy to leave. The staff are cold and the main floor snack bar/restaurant was closed and apparently out of business....a sign of problems in the hotel. location,location,location and not to mention the views, helpfull staff and clean and well apointed rooms makes for a great stay.
