This hotel is everything you would expect from a five star rating. Staff were particularly helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. Didn't eat at the hotel but wish that I had! Would definitely stay here again.
The Pullman Reef Hotel must have been a beautiful property when first built. The rooms are well sized, though a bit faded (with lazy housekeeping if you open any drawer) - the bathrooms offer the promised Jacuzzi and the staff is courteous. Options for breakfast at Tamarind are ok, though not fantastic.

I was here for two nights and I couldn't recommend the place highly enough. It has everything you need in a 5 star hotel. It's got a great location which is convenient for everything and the rooms are superb. Quality service is always a plus.
