Cockroaches (5 or 6) alive and running around the bathroom, when we advised the staff of this they acted as if we were overreacting or lying.. they then even made a joke of us for making a deal out of it. We stayed here for 4 night and found it very compfortable indeed. We had twin room at front of property with balcony, was lovely over looking the lagoon. We found our room clean enough. This place is cheap but so dirty it's wrong! showers looked like they'd never been cleaned, hairs everywhere. Room floors dirty, our balcony had about 2 inches of water on it, not sure where from, but you certainly didn't want to walk out into it! no proper door between balcony and room, felt very unsafe.
