Only stayed for one night with a friend. Quick, early check in with good underground parking and about 5-10 minute walk to the mall. Clean modern furnishings in neutral colours (greys, browns and golds) including glass mirrored built-in robe, desk, table and chairs. Awesome rooms! Service was above as we needed an extra night and they gave it at the same discounted rate. Rooms were more than adequate. Only thing missing was more deck chairs for us to laze around on the rooftop pool.lol

“Perfect and cheap”

Excellent Hotel, right in the middle of the city, had 11th floor Superior Queen Room with excellent view over the parklands and Brisbane river. New showers were interesting to say the least, with the bathroom door kind of see through, bit odd but otherwise reception was helpful and attentive, and really could not ask for anything more.

“Service how it should be”

Held my sons wedding at this hotel last weekend.The planning,attention to detail,quality of the food and service,presentation of the reception room,and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Many of our guests stayed at the hotel,and all were really complimentary of the rooms,service,and breakfasts.Would not hesitate in recommending the Grand Chancellor Brisbane.

“Grotty, smelly and very ordinary”

Firstly the overwhelming stench of the place assaulted my nostrils. A nasty heavy smell of mould was everywhere. Then there was the rusted out fridge, and the pubes of the previous occupant left in the less the lovely bathtub. Breakfast was underwhelming too. Best to be avoided.
