I usually stay at the Kingsford Smith Motel several times a year between international flights. They refused to discuss achange of booking when my mother was admitted suddenly to hospital and I had to change travel arrangements; I will not be staying with them again and am upset at their treatment of a frequent and long-term client. We must be the silly people, anyone who calls this noisy is crackers! Considering it's on the corner of two major roads it was excellent. You get whingers everywhere. The motel is clean, quiet and centrally positioned to airport, city and many restaurants. Keep up the good work and we shall return. More
