I can say that this is the smallest space that I have ever stayed in. The rooms size is not slandered. Despite that, the location is not too bad, its close to everything. The rooms though has no view because of the blinders that are installed on the facade.

good service, clean rooms, small but tidy. Good price close to bus and rail and to the Queen st mall and shops. great for a few days in the city, happy with this and will go back again. The location, service, clean rooms and price sells this for me
