This hotel, though nice, requires some work and looks like it wasn't updated since it was built. The room we stayed in hadn't been properly cleaned (there was a dead bug in the room when we entered), the outside sun area still had rubbish from the previous occupants, and the spa pool in the room - for which we paid...

Having read a lot of reports on Trip Advisor we came here with some concerns, but also forewarned. However, we came anyway because we wanted to visit Ayres Rock, and this was the best hotel available. I don’t think the hotel is as bad as some people make out.
This is a four-star, but it not up to the normal...

It was with a bit of disappointment that we entered our spa room, we were thinking that we'd get a bit more bang for our buck. It was pretty much just your average motel room. But it seemed clean enough. So straight to the outside deck to inspect the outdoor spa bath...oh...oh dear... it was the worlds smallest spa bath....

We had booked a bus transfer from Alice Springs and had chosen to stay one night at Sails - prior to checking in at Longitude 131 on 10th August – which was a special occasion we were celebrating. After viewing the website we had opted for a Deluxe Spa Room – to fully enjoy this occasion. The rate being charged...

he hotel is very nice, but not a five star hotel! This hotel is the top range of a resort that appear to be managed by the same conglomerate. All hotels on this resort are booked by the same central booking office on site. We have tried the less pricey hotels - there were no rooms available - we were...

A very disappointing 2 star hotel. Previous reviews must have either got carried away by the remarkable scenery or have been written by the hotel. The rooms were decorated in the 1980’s, the worn out carpet was green and the fixtures were cheap. The pillows were polyester. The shower meant standing in a bath. There were no porters when we...

We stayed here for two nights as part of a month long holiday touring around Australia. The hotel is in a great spot and apart from Longitude, appears to be the hotel of choice. We had read the reviews on Trip Advisor before going so were prepared for what awaited us. We knew that it was a tired hotel in...

The hotel is overdue for renovation. Only book if you are able to stay in a renovated room.
Hotel and staff need to work on customer service/customer care. Very disapointing. Should be 3 star.

Based on past reviews, we didn't expect much so we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves in a room which had been renovated only two weeks before. Large and well lit, decorated in white and tan colors, the room was very nice. Large bathroom with double sinks and decent linens. Swimming pool was welcome after spending the day in 100+...
