what a shame !!!! stayed there in 2011 for 2 months, cockroaches everywhere, dirty sheets, even some bedbugs to join the party ! Dirty bathrooms as well, thieves in the kitchen. Excellent location if you wish to party a lot. Avoid the place except if you have no money !!! However, good memories there !

Dirty, noisy, old rooms that never got cleaned. The kitchen is terrible with by far not enough plats, mugs etc. Saw also some cockroaches in the kitchen. Stayed here 3 days and everyone out of my room moved on to other hostels in Sydney. The worst thing for me is the atmosphere-didn't wanna spend time there. but got to see lots of Sydney (beautiful!!). Had my food robbed from Kitchen. Staff didn't care. Staff seem to have large community there and are quite closed.
