We stayed here over Christmas and New year 2011 and really enjoyed our stay. YHA changed our views of hostels - they are clean, new and like a hotel but with cooking areas. The Rocks YHA is even better with great views over the harbour - our friends stayed there but unfortunately they have no availability for us. More

I got to stay in a carriage which was fun. Great location. The place is a bit hard to find though you need to come out of the station and go around the side. Good bathrooms. I didnt like the common area. More

This hostel is very close to the station which makes transfers to and from the airport a doddle! Rooms are clean,staff helpful,great kitchen facilities and a cafe shop as well.
