Mid week business visit. Arrived about 7pm and friendly check in experience. Good end room looking south. Had internet problems but 24/7 help desk via reception were very helpful. Our stay at the Park Royal was excellent, the rooms are nicely presented always clean, staff were friendly,approachable and helpful at all times.
