We didn't suffer from noise, bedbugs or intrusive staff. The location, with Edgecliff station only 200m away and bus stops closer was excellent. Terrible dank, smelly rooms. Noise from the traffic and other guests meant sleep was impossible even with ear plugs. It was so bad we paid for 3 nights but stayed only 2 as could not bear to stay any longer. Not enough car parking spaces meant that our car was blocked in by another vehicle and the staff did not... very tired BEWARE THE BEDBUGS I was ill for a week afterwards and the staff were not interested when I reported that there were bedbugs. I saw killed one in the sheets in the morning so I am possative of the cause of my bad experience. More

Very cheap compared to others, although it's either a long walk or public transport to get anywhere except Kings Cross. Free parking is a big plus for me.
