“What a shocker”

Bleak bland appearance on arrival. No lifts and had to drag suitcases up a flight of stairs. Small room. Stained carpet. Run down bathroom. Only one pillow each which felt like a block of concrete. No blankets. Freezing cold room, although night porter did get two more pillows and a blanket for us. Dining room looked terrible so declined the... More
