Arrived at 2pm, arrival time from midday. Our room was a pig sty, not clean, rubbish around, bed unmade with previous occupants sheets. Waited on 20 minutes for somebody to man reception. Had a great night at this hotel. Rooms were small, but plenty big enough for one or two nights. Bed was comfortable, fresh and clean. The drain in the bathroom was a bit smelly which is probably my only complaint. Staff were absolutely wonderful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel as a stopover in your travels.

We stayed just one night. It was clean and quiet and this room had a fridge which was great (previous ibis rooms haven't). Good for the family with bunks sleeping 4. Basic but very cheap and suited us as a stopover between home and Queensland.

I just can't express it enough how over prices this place was to stay at. The family was cramped, the curtains didn't close properly and being under a giant green neon sign made it.... An excellent rate for a motel in a very convenient location right in the heart of Coffs Harbour. Off street parking was plentiful and had easy acess. Easy check in and service. Rooms we cean and well maintained. Stff were freindly and ready to assist in all aspects of the stay
