Clean, tidy and great service. Lyn was the perfect host. I can recommend the Ocean Parade Motel for anyone on a business trip, the free internet is fast and reliable. Very comfortable beds too. I was perfectly happy with every aspect of this motel. Michael & Lyn are lovely people. They couldn't have done any more for me. I recommend Ocean Parade Motel if you want a nice stay close to the beach. Simply lovely and enjoyable.

We stayed at this motel on our way to Sydney. Good location with bowls club across the road for a dinner, close enough to town but far enough out so it is quiet and a beach right across the road. Always stay here when working in the coffs area.The rooms are always spotlessly clean and relaxingly comfortable.The hosts are genuinely friendly and helpful.Great position and close to everything i need.Will be staying there again soon.

My stay at this motel was very warm and welcoming the new managers are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy also you get a good night sleep.I would recomend this motel to all I speak too.

Great Location, one of the few hotels to securely park our boat!!! Really helpful management, Great Breakfast and Large grounds. We'll be back!!!!!

I had read the not so good reviews on this motel and after calling the owner he assured me they were new owners and the motel was now very good. The rooms was very small, old fashioned, clean but had a bad smell. The fan was too noisy to have on and the air conditioner only worked on fan. Couldnt... More

We have taken on the management of this motel as of 1st July, 2011. In this time we have ensured ALL bathrooms have curtains, & have recently had several of the ceiling fans replaced. We have also made other improvements & will continue to do so. Michael & Lyn More

“Clean, Cosy & welcoming!”

The hosts are welcoming and helpful in so many ways, continuing to ensure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The BBQ area is one of a kind giving the kids room to kick a ball and play. Being directly across from Coffs Harbours main beach makes it locationally a bonus.

We stayed a couple of day's ,great position in walking distance to beaches , bowling club. Great family spoke will be back for sure .Thanks to all the management and staff.
