Stayed here for a family wedding at Lake George in the Standard Cabin for 4 nights. The cabin was clean and plenty of bedding and spare blankets. Bathroom has been updated and looked new and was clean. Reverse cycle air conditioner kept us warm and cosy. Kitchen facilities adequate but as we ate out, only used it for breakfast. Kitchen/Lounge/Kids... More

stayed here in an eaglehawk villa yesterday and for 3 very cold nights (-2 degrees C) ! it was more expensive than the standard cottage, where other members of our family stayed ,but was definately worth it! Villa was clean, new & had everything we needed in it , air conditioner worked extremely well, so well we had to keep... More

We stayed over the Easter break, in a cottage (our friends were in the tent opposite). Cottage not spotless but clean enough, hot shower, heater, digital tv, oven, microwave etc. milk left in fridge which was nice touch. holiday park itself leafy; 10 mins to canberra. galahs and cockatoos everywhere, field with horses next door, playground for kids, we had... We stayed in a cabin for one night in the off season with NRMA discount for $83. Not bad compared with some parks we have stayed in. The unit was clean and tidy. The old torn lounge seat was a bit ugly but otherwise everything was fine and bed OK. There is no wifi because Telstra will only bring in... More

I have been booking School Excursion for the past 13 years and have found Eaglehawk Holiday Park one of the best accommodation venues for School Excursions. The are staff are very helpful, the rooms are standard/basic but clean, the students are well fed and most of all the students are safe. I have no hesitation in booking School Groups into... More

My child is staying here for 4 nights - a primary school camp from Geelong - I am very concerned having read the bad reviews for this accomodation...I cannot believe that schools would use such low class accomodation considering the reviews noted...none have been positive.... if my child returns from camp and states the whole accomodation / food situation was... Considering the price we paid for a Villa (which is supposed to be 5 star) everything is so cheap and nasty. The Villa was surrounded simply by rocks dumped everywhere (some lawn or concrete would have been nice). The furniture was old, dirty and there was one 2 seater lounge in a villa meant to sleep up to 6 people... More

Interesting that when you book at the Eaglehawk Tourist Park they won't accept your booking until you give them your credit card details to secure the booking. They charge your credit card immediately and then 8 days prior to the booking you cancel - guess what they charge you $25 cancellation fee - on their website it states "$25 cancellation... More
