Stayed here while attending a wedding at Layer Marney, quite easy to find, spacious, comfy rooms and excellent bathroom. Beautiful surroundings. The owner offered to drive us to pick up our car which was very thoughtful. Excellent breakfast selection.

Stayed in the Birch room for one night and had the best nights sleep we have had in months. Bed was so comfy and the room was so clean with beautfil views. The house is so clean and the hosts very welcoming and so friendly. Beautiful all round and felt very welcomed into the home. Cant wait to stay again!

This is possibly the most lovely UK B&B I have ever stayed in, certainly I haven't stayed anywhere better. Middiford Barn outranks any hotels twice the price (and more). I'm not sure what the criteria are for awarding accomodation stars but If this is a 4* I'm really not sure what you would have to do to get 5 stars.... More

We spent four nights at Middiford Barn as we had come to attend a family wedding and stayed over for a short break. The accommodation was very comfortable, the beds especially so, and everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was also excellent. Middiford Barn ticks all the boxes and is good value for money.

We stayed here in April for one night while at a wedding in Layer Marney Tower (in the Birch room) Everything about this place is beautiful, the rooms, the bathrooms, the location, the area.
